Auntie Em's BBQed Wild Boar Ribs

These ribs are smoky, tender, and most importantly, delicious. They are perfect for a summer barbecue or a backyard cookout with family and friends.



Ingredients:

  • 2 racks of wild boar ribs

  • 3/4 cup barbecue sauce

  • 1/3 cup brown sugar

  • 1/3 cup apple cider vinegar

  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

  • 2 teaspoon garlic powder

  • 1 teaspoon onion powder

  • 1 teaspoon salt

  • 1 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your smoker to 225 degrees Fahrenheit.

  2. In a small bowl, combine the barbecue sauce, brown sugar, apple cider vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Check for taste and if desired add more of your favorite herbs.

  3. Brush the ribs with the barbecue sauce mixture.

  4. Place the ribs on the smoker and smoke for 2 hours, or until they are tender.

  5. Brush the ribs with the barbecue sauce mixture again.

  6. Grill the ribs over medium heat for 5-7 minutes per side, or until they are heated through.
